Thank you for your letter of October 26th confirming that all issues with the California State Board of Equalization pertaining to my claim for exemption has been accepted regarding my 2002 Carver 396. As you probably recall, I got Tom Alston's name from Chris Simpson, Broker/Owner of Antioch Yacht Sales. He had highly recommended your firm based upon previous clients he had referred to you. Indeed, I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of working with you Cristina, with Tom and Warren. All of you were equally informed and able to respond to my numerous questions and did so with the kind of friendly courtesy that I really appreciate.

The process could have been extremely complex for me but what really helped was the step by step detailed instructions and your encouraging me to make any and all queries that came up. You even gave me sound advice on State and International issues that arose.
